  • Name Change:
    • The official name of the Resort is no longer Quaaout Resort and Conference Centre, but has been changed to Talking Rock Resort and Quaaout Lodge.
    • The official name of the Quaaout Lodge dining room is Jack Sam's Restaurant

  • Renovations are currently underway to the restaurant & lounge, the rooms, and the office space.
  • Golf Course is Now Open!
  • "Driving Golf Balls for Food" campaign a great success for the Chase and District Hamper Society. Eager golfers braved the colder than average April temperatures to visit the Talking Rock Golf Course driving range and donate over $500 and 40lbs of food to the society. Thanks you to all those who participated!
  • Congratulations to Talking Rock Golf Course for honorable mention in Score Golf's 2008 Best New Course List. 
  • The new Lounge in Jack Sam's Restaurant is named as 2008 Project of the Year by The Kamloops Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards.
